Bayphere Absolute is a loyalty programme valid across .

Bayphere Absolute offers two levels of memberships:

  1. Bayphere Absolute TASTE: A basic three month trial membership. Member can enroll for this membership free of cost.
  2. Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM: An annual membership with exclusive discounts and valuable certificate benefits. Members can enroll for this membership at a fee varying from country to country.

Membership Eligibility and Fee:

  1. Membership in the Program is available to individuals (“you”) as stated in these Program Terms and Conditions.
  2. Entry-level (Bayphere Absolute TASTE) Membership is free of charge and is available to individuals over the age of majority residing in jurisdictions that legally permit participation in membership loyalty programs.
    The full Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM program has a fee (Refer to the Join Now page for the fee per country).
  3. Companies and/or other entities cannot enroll.
  4. Members cannot maintain membership on multiple accounts. You may maintain only one account.
  5. You will be enrolled in the Program and become a Member from the date we receive your completed application

GENERAL - terms and conditions

  1. Acceptance: Enrollment and use of the Bayphere Absolute mobile app and website constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein.
  2. Membership Benefit Conditions: All Membership benefits are valid only during the Membership term and shall automatically expire thereafter. All benefits are subject to availability, valid seven days a week, excluding Black Out Dates (refer to point f below), and may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotional offer.
  3. eCertificates: HOTEL must be notified of the intended use of eCertificates at the time of advance reservation. eCertificates are valid seven (7) days a week up to the expiration date mentioned on said eCertificates. Validity will not be extended beyond the mentioned expiration date. May not be used in conjunction with any other discount/ promotional offer.
  4. Membership App: Membership App cannot be resold, auctioned or exchanged for monetary value.
  5. Transferable and Non-Transferable Benefits:
    A. Transferable: Benefits may be used by the Member or by a Member’s guest. The Member/ Mobile app need not be present at time of guests’ use of the benefit. eCertificate code must be provided at the time of use.
    B. Non-Transferable: Benefits may be used only by the Member and upon presentation of their valid mobile app. Proof of identification may be required by HOTEL.
  6. Participating Hotels: All Membership benefits are valid only at participating hotels and participating outlets. For a full list of participating hotels and outlets, visit the ‘Participating Hotels’ page.
  7. Black-out Dates: All benefits shall not be valid on the following dates: Valentine’s Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, Eid El-Fitr, Eid El-Adha, and other local national holidays.
  8. Modifications (Hotel, Restaurant & Benefit Changes): Participating hotels and/or restaurants may cease to honor benefits without prior notice. Benefits may also be subject to change without prior notice. Wherever possible, Members will be kept updated on all such modifications. Members can also verify hotel/restaurant participation & benefits by contacting the Bayphere Absolute Member Services office near you. Membership Program marketing agent declines any responsibility for any such modifications.
  9. Currency Exchange: Amounts listed in US$ may be calculated in local currency at current exchange rates.
  10. Cancellations and Refund: Cancellation of Membership will be honored up to ten (10) days from the date of issue. Refund will be applied only if the Membership benefits have not been used. A cancellation fee of twenty-five Dollars (US$ 25.00) will apply.
  11. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the owners, operators, franchisors or licensors of any hotel that may accept the benefits of membership herein, or any of their affiliated or subsidiary companies, or their directors(hereinafter collectively the “Managers”), agents, managers, or employees, or the proprietor or the marketing agent of the Membership Program be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages; and without limiting the generality thereof, including any loss, cost or damage to, or suffered by, the Member or others, arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non-performance., In the event of a breach of any the provisions hereof by any Manager, the extent of any liability of any such Manager shall be limited to the amounts paid by Member as a subscription for membership in the marketing programme.
  12. HOSPITALITY MARKETING CONCEPTS (HONG KONG) LIMITED (Unit 1709 Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong). In no way is HMC liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages including any loss, cost or damage to or suffered by Member of or others arising from defects, negligence, delays, failure of performance or non –performance, including all claims demands, obligations, liabilities, indebtedness, breaches of contract, breaches of duty or any relationship liability for acts omissions, misfeasance, malfeasance, damages of every type, nature or kind suffered by the Member of or others resulting from the action or inaction of the Hotel, its agents or employees. Bayphere Absolute TASTE – Benefits with terms and conditions

  1. Dining Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off their food and beverage bill, at all participating outlets, at any time, for up to a maximum group size of eight (8) people dining, valid at Bayphere Hotel.

    Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Mobile app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill, unless local law prohibits ♦ All food and beverage must be purchased during the outlets’ operating hours, and ordered from the outlets’ regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or “clip-ons” ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions, through room service or take away orders (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Bayphere Absolute program © meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates (d) black-out dates and (e) outlets managed by a third party

  2. Special Promotion Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the total food and beverage bill on any promotions, valid at Bayphere Hotel.

  3. Preferred Room Rate Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the Best Available Rate, valid at Bayphere hotel.

    Conditions: Valid for single or double occupancy • Not valid for bookings made through travel agents or for group or block bookings • Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to space availability restrictions • Membership number must be provided at time of reservation ; discount is not applicable on discounted rates • Discount is not applicable on packaged and promotional rates • Discount on rates will not be applicable unless a valid Bayphere Absolute membership App is presented upon check-in • A maximum of five rooms can be reserved for the same dates on the Bayphere Absolute discounted rates and the member must be present

  4. Spa Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a discount of ten percent (10%) off all spa treatments and leisure experiences, valid at Bayphere hotel managed Spas excluding the outsourced Spas • Discount is not applicable on retail items at the Spa

  5. Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM Membership Benefit. Non-transferable. Members shall enjoy a discount of ten percent (10%) off the Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM membership price

Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM – Benefits with terms and conditions

  1. Dining Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a twenty-five percent (25%) discount off their food and beverage bill, at all participating outlets, at any time, for up to a maximum group size of eight (8) people dining, valid at Bayphere hotel.

    Conditions: Only one membership per table ¨ Mobile app must be presented at time of dining in order to receive discount ¨ Applicable taxes, service charges and gratuities shall be paid on the net amount of the bill, unless local law prohibits ♦ All food and beverage must be purchased during the outlets’ operating hours, and ordered from the outlets’ regular menu, including any and all special menus, attachments, or “clip-ons” ¨ The discount shall not be applied to (a) orders made off-premises, functions, through room service or take away orders (b) discounted dining specials or hotel promotions independent of the Bayphere Absolute program © meals taken as part of bed & breakfast, half-board or full-board package rates (d) black-out dates (e) outlets managed by a third party and (f) dining with selected eCertificates (as specified on the eCertificate)

  2. Special Promotion Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a ten percent (10%) discount off the total food and beverage bill on any promotions, valid at Bayphere hotel.

  3. Preferred Room Rate Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a twenty percent (20%) discount off the Best Available Rate, valid at Bayphere hotel.

  4. Spa Benefit. Non-transferable. Member shall receive a discount of twenty percent (20%) off all spa treatments and leisure experiences, valid at Bayphere hotel managed Spas excluding the outsourced Spas • Discount is not applicable on retail items at the Spa

  5. eCertificate Benefit. Non-transferable. Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM members shall also receive one set of eCertificates, valid at Bayphere hotel:

    a. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Room eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy the second (2nd) night complimentary, when paying for the first (1st) night at the best available rate. b. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Signature Dish eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a second complimentary ‘Signature dish’ on the purchase of the first ‘Signature dish’. A Signature Dish is referred to as a popular dish chosen by the restaurant; this varies from restaurant to restaurant.
    c. 1 x ‘Buy One Get One Free’ Spa Treatment eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a sixty (60) minute complimentary spa treatment when purchasing a sixty (60) minute spa treatment available on the menu.
    d. 1 x Complimentary Upgrade eCertificate. One (1) eCertificate to enjoy a complimentary upgrade to the next available room category.

  6. Additional eCertificate benefits per country. Non-transferable. Bayphere Absolute PREMIUM members are also entitled to receive additional eCertificates valid per country.
